I used the Home Doctor to replace my roof after damage in April ’18. The Home Doctor did not install to manufactures specification or to code. I paid my job in full but needed corrections. After hiring a inspector to compile a report(July ’18) and involving the county inspector the Home Doctor was told to do a complete tear off and install(August ’18). Between August and November the company showed up at unannounced to conduct “inspections” with unqualified personnel from GAF. Upon tear off my inspector saw there were original shingles to the home that were not removed back in April ’18. With a complete tear off to the wood planks there were several broken/damaged planks needing to be replaced to have my roof up to code. These planks were used in the install in April and could have lead to further damage of my home if i did not seek the product i paid for. The Home Doctor is charging me for the wood replacement. Both inspectors said the amount on the bill is higher than what is replaced. I’ve had to take off several days from work and invest several man hours corresponding with the company to get the product i paid for. There has been days i took off or returned early from vacation in order to allow work and they no showed. It was pulling teeth to get the company to finish the job but once billing was involved i’m being harassed every other day. The Home Doctor has been nothing but a nightmare causing stress and anguish to my family and I would like to move on.
