Upright Law Firm — Services paid for, but not rendered

Services paid for but not rendered. I contacted Upright Law to handle my bankruptcy. The agreed upon cost for their services for the bankruptcy was $1700 in which I paid in full upfront. They requested what they said was required documents in which I provided to them. However, they continuously asked for repetitive documentation, stating these were need in order to proceed. I provided the documents as requested and then they stop corresponding with me on the status. After a few months went by I contacted them and they said I would need to pay a fee to have the process restarted due to inactivity. When I told them I want to cancel my services and requested a refund they immediately wanted to set-up a meeting. This company does not operate in good faith and now I am out of my $1700.
