Stanley Furniture — Sold Me Junk

I purchased a poster bed through Stanley Furniture that was either manufactured by Stanley Furniture or imported by them. The bed was a British Colonial Poster Bed in Caribe. After less than two years, I noticed that the bed posters were separating from the headboard-a very distinctive split had occurred on each side of the headboard, an obvious manufacturing defect! We don’t have children at home or pets-this is not a case of abuse. We took pictures of the problem and called . After explaining the situation, said that it was the problem of the manufacturer and put me in touch with Stanley Furniture. I contacted Stanley, talked to a customer service representative, sent her copies of the pictures. She emailed me saying that she had asked their sales rep who handles the account to contact in order to resolve this issue. That was on June 29th, 2017. After hearing nothing from Stanley, I sent an email to their customer service area on August 21, 2017 with no reply, They sold me junk
