KlearGear.com — I just want a refund

I ordered several items from KlearGear.com on November 2, 2013. All but one of the items arrived. It was indicated that the other item was in another package, so I assumed it was back ordered or something. On my invoiced there is an X in front of the items SKU. It is now January 15th, 2014, and the item has still not arrived. I have attempted to call KlearGear.com customer service, but it says there are “no operators available” to take my call. i have tried emailing them, but the emails come back as undelivered. There has been no voluntary communication from KlearGear.com as to where the item is. It is long past Christmas, and I just want a refund.
