We operate a website that alerts the public to issues of internet fraud. We registered with Domains By Proxy. On out website we have a know sexual offender who lives in Tokyo. He has complained for years about us. In late 2015 he filed numerous invalid and fraudulent DMCA complaints including with Domains By Proxy. In late December 2015 or early 2016, someone named “Karen” in the General manager’s office gave our website registration information to this s*x offender. As a result I had to close an email account and Domains By Proxy has potentially recklessly endangered myself or others. A member tried to contact the General manager’s office but they dodged his calls and worked through some service person relaying messages. Their legal department never answered requests from me for reasons why they did this and the only answer from “Karen” was that she “wanted to resolve an issue”. There was no issue. The s*x offender filed 3 invalid and fraudulent DMCA complaints. Domains By Proxy took no action on the first 2 but the 3rd was suddenly “real”. We have cancelled our registration with Domains By Proxy as of April or May of this year. We believe their action was a direct violation of their policy and agreement on privacy with us in addition to recklessly endangering the personal safety of others.

Exposing homewreckers men and women and cheaters in the Internet Age
These days it's not difficult to spread information online. The rise of the internet as the go to source for on demand information has given the victims of cheaters and homewreckers a way to voice out and warn others of the unfaithful ways of their (former) partner. Dozens of websites, commonly referred to as Cheater Sites, now exist.
The purpose of these sites is to give victims of unfaithful partners and abusive relationships a place to post about the cheating ways of their partners and the person their partner is cheating with. Most cheater sites allow for the submission of anonymous posts that are not moderated or validated in anyway.
Scamfound.com allows for anonymous users to submit unverified claims about their partner and the person (or homewrecker) they believe that their partner is cheating with. Today the site features thousands of user-submitted posts warning the public about homewrecker men, homewrecker women and cheaters (male and female).
