PayPal isn’t what it used to be. The resolution center doesn’t do anything. I don’t even a real person looks at your issue. I think they just wait a certain amount of time then refuse it. You can’t pay them through a credit card. They want your bank info. Trying to get a physical bill mailed. So far that’s not been possible. They just want your money. They don’t care about customer service at all.
