CapitalMeats.com – Awful meat no refund

The salesman sold us meat that he said was organic. He also said if we were unhappy with any of the product that we could call him for an exchange or refund. When he stopped by my house I asked him for a refund and he said I had to contact customer service and they can issue the refund. I then found out he was fired a week prior to that and was still trying to sell product. It took 2 weeks for someone from the company to come out to get most of our meat. He gave us a problem ticket number and told me to call customer service with that and they can issue a refund. It has been 6 weeks since I have done exactly that. I have left 9 voicemails, 10 e-mails, 8 private ******** messages just trying to get some assistance. The couple times I heard back from Dawn at customer service she was either away on family matters, vacation, etc but would get back to me. I am still waiting. I have a complete timeline in a **** document if I need to provide with all the dates, times, and forms of communication I tried.
