It isn't the biggest scam there is, but I'd like the mention that it certainly isn't the $15.00 a year. Basically, you're paying $15.00 to have classifieds listed that you could otherwise find on the internet elsewhere. On top of that, most of these companies already have SO many applicants, that it becomes pointless to even apply to the remote gigs.

One job I applied for was a "work from home" telemarketing position advertising land loans. Needless to say, a countless number of people applied for this position and I didn't hear back from them.
