Paul Lackaff of mypvas.com plackaff8@yahoo.com is a damn scammer. I ordered 100 pvas for $200 only to find out that he still post ads on them everyday. He sent me just 50 pvas and vanished with my money. He sells same pvas to many people and that is the reason he can afford to sell each pva for $2 whereas the market price is $5 each. He asked me to send money by Western Union so that I cannot get it back. So I warn all you guys out there to beware of this ripper.
