I hired Twcs a firm in india to make simple modifications to my website and paid them all the money I had. They told me
they would complete this in a month, but never finished altering my shopping
cart (website) program. Every month they demanded more money than was agreed
upon. My website doesn't work properly now, and they didn't do the things I
hired them to do. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THEM ARRESTED. I am not the only
person they have done this to. After delays, and lies, the first being in order
to do this, we need more money, the other lies, someone keeps taking down our
work, (but they are the only ones with the password), the third lie was, oh
this shopping cart program can't be altered.

My question is if they couldn't do this why take my money and keep
lying to me? The boss, promised me that everything would be done and finished
correctly on Dec 24th, but they just gave me another lie. Please bring these
crooks to justice, and get my money back for me! They wont return my emails or
answer my instant messages. This has ruined my business, because they don't
know what they are doing, and the faulty work they did, my web pages won't open
up, pictures won't display properly, customers can't check out of the store!

The shopping cart program, that they were suppose to modify, works
fine right out of the box but i hired them to put some extra features, but
because they don't know what they are doing they also destroyed the program
from how it naturally works also. This money was my life saving and I trusted
them to build me a store, but got nothing but lies and excuses! They were paid
in full for nothing. I just want my money back so I can hire someone who knows
what they are doing. It is not right to take someone’s money and not do the
job! this is their website, twcs-HoMe I am not the only American they
have done this to, but I want to be the LAST! They have ripped me off and
destroyed my business! I can’t even use the shopping cart program in its
original state. I beg you don't let them get away with this. They also extorted

Here is proof they don't know what they are doing, if you go to this page on there site twcs-LeTs TaLk you will see that ON THEIR VERY OWN WEBSITE, THAT THINGS ARE FALLING OFF THE PAGE AND NOT A LINED, WORDS ARE OUT SIDE OF THE MARGIN. Please HELP ME GET MY MONEY, BACK, AND WORK WITH THE INDIAN GOVERNMENT TO ARREST THESE CROOKS, AND LIARS, BECAUSE THEY JUST KEEP LYING AND BLAMING IT ON ME! Hi, this is Mark and I'm not sure exactly who you are and why you have hided your identity through out.. if your really ripped off then why have not disclosed your identification and why you have not provided related evidence so that people like us can get some help out of it..

Just for your confirmation, I'm a Californian and have been working with TWCS for a long time and already completed 3 big projects with them and all I can say they have been outstanding and flawless through out and after 5 months break am going to work with them again but suddenly found such thing so thinking to make sure everything before I award them my next assignment.

All I can say, I was very much aware of one thing which I must disclose here, during the recession period they recruited some bogus employees and i guess this could be the reason for such outcome or your dissatisfaction even i also suffered a bit during my last project. But now they have removed those employees all I guess because just few weeks back I have received couple of mails from few of their terminated employees and unfortunately I know few of those culprits while doing my last project because I also suffered a lot for them. I wonder, how can somebody do like this.. During my last project I requested the owners of TWCS to terminate those employees but they firmly stood by their employees and protected their careers.. Since, I used to talk few of them regularly at that point of time so can recognize them very well.

You wont believe this, I received the mails from the same employees and this link has been referred to me by them only and through these mails they have requested me for not to consider TWCS for my future projects and offered me a lucrative proposal if I consider them as a freelancers.

But I'm fortunate that am well aware of their skills and surely I can't disagree the cooperation i received from TWCS through out. Bad times can affect anybody but we should not forget that we are human beings.

And I feel, I must warn others if you receive the mails from such people named, Giriraj Kabra, Parimal Rakshit, Bikram Samaddar, Binayak Sinha etc.. if possible disregard. Simply disregard.

Lastly, I'll request you, Mr. XYZ (Name Hidden), please provide some relevant evidence for what you written above and surely it'll help people like us who seeking services from TWCS
