I was also ripped off by Gore Research/ Proscan.

I purchased the product and because it didn't work, I contacted (support2@myscantool.com) never replied. I contacted (sales@gore-research.com) and the email was returned with: Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently. Lately I contacted (dvstate@runbox.com), the address which got my Paypal payment, but now reply.
