I WAS TAKEN BY A "TRIAL" OFFER FOR TEETH WHITENERS THAT MUST BE USED IN UNISON WITH ANOTHER "SO-CALLED" BRAND. I ESSENTIALLY FELL FOR IT! SO TWO PACKAGES ARRIVED AND I THOUGHT IT ODD THAT THEY WERE BOTH CLEANWHITES AND NO OTHER BRAND. SO I CALLED TO CANCEL AND FOLLOWED THE ORDERS REGARDING THE PROPER WAY TO SHIP BACK ITEMS. I, FORTUNATELY, PAID FOR SPECIAL AIR AND TRACKING. WHEN I CALLED CLEANWHITES TO CONFIRM CANCELLATION, I WAS TOLD THE TRACKING NUMBER THEY HAD GIVEN ME MUST BE WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. THIS INFO HAD NOT BEEN PRESENTED TO ME UPON THE INITIAL CANCELLATION CALL. AGAIN, I WAS PROMISED I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED. ONE WEEK LATER FROM DATE OF FIRST ARRIVAL, I RECEIVED ANOTHER PACKAGE FOR ANOTHER BRAND OF WHITENER. I CALLED AND CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT AND FOUND I HAD BEEN CHARGED THE PREVIOUS DAY $87.62 BY A COMPANY I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF CALLED PRISTINE HEALTH. I CALLED THE BANK AND RECEIVED A PHONE NUMBER WHICH WAS BLOCKED FROM CALLS WITH A MESSAGE THAT THIS NUMBER IS NOT IN SERVICE. THIS WAS NOT A STANDARD "OUT OF ORDER" REPORT, BUT ONE MADE BY THE RECEIVER OF THE CALLS. I WENT ONLINE AND IMMEDIATELY WAS ALARMED TO SEE THE FRAUDULENT CASES LINK, READ A FEW REPORTS AND WAS AMAZED TO SEE HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN ABUSED THIS WAY. I CALLED CLEANWHITES AND THEY ASSURED ME THEY WERRE NOT GOING TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT UNLESS THERE WAS NORECEIPT OF PACKAGE I RETURNED, THAT THEY HAD BEEN TRACKING IT AND IT WAS IN THE WAREHOUSE, SO THERE WOULD NOT BE A CHARGE. LIARS!!!!! I HAD TO CUT UP MY CARD AND CALL EVERYONE WHO TAKE AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS FROM MY ACCOUNT-WITH MY PERMISSION !!! THIS IS LUDRICRAS!
