this report is in regards to my mortgage broker terry christo who refuses to provide me with the 1 year fixed intrest rate which is clearly stated in my mortgage contract . with 3 consecutive intrest rate rises i contacted terry to change my current variable rate he then advised me that the 1 year term was no longer available despite the fact that he was still advertising new loans with a 1 year fixed term , terry then told me that i had no choice but to lock in at a higher rate much higher than other lenders for 3 to 5 years . this i total unacceptable as such i demanded the 1 year term that was in the mortgage contract i signed but to no avail i am now on the verge of having to file for bankruptcy if the rates increase any further thanks a lot terry .
