For all you living in Jacksonville Florida and need plumbing repairs!! Beware of using SM Betros!! They tore up my custom kitchen tile with no wirteen consent from me and then their defense was - "you told our plumbers it was fine because you wanted a new kitchen remodel". UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!! Who says that???!!!! I have custom tile flooring!!!! Then their owner supposedly told me that he would come out - well that was a month ago - so far - he has not comeout becuase he couldn't fit it in his schedule that week, then his daughter got married and then he had the flu - yeah okay!!!!! Just please be carecul if you choose to use this plumbing company. Get everything in writing UP FRONT!!!! and do not leave them alone for a minute!!!!!!
