Ordered NuBrilliance microdermabrasion unit (home use product) from their website and it damaged my face horribly. This was using as directed and after the second (and final use) They do not state you will have damage, only positive testimonials on website, with no disclaimer.

Customer service rushed to get off the phone when I told them of the damage, stating it does not work for everyone... yet that is not stated anywhere. Only all the wonderful things it does.

Don't take the chance, I will try to attach before and after photos to show you of the damage. I am currently under doctors care and using creams on my face and cannot (not that I want to) go outside in the sun. It is painful (both physically & emotionally) Beware of this.

Are you sure? Maybe you are just giving some bad impression about NuBrilliance? Or you may over do some procedures not in the manual? It turned to well for me as I followed the instructions so well
