Beware of Merlin Travels and Nolitours GST scam.
they collect extra GST charges in all inclusive packages which already include taxes and other levies. When I asked them to give this info clearly written in invoice they changed their word to GXT charges. All the while they kept on claiming that they need to charge GST 5%, and charged my credit card. When I asked for invoice they gave me complete value without separating GST part, When I insisted that I need to see the GST word for which I paid extra for already tax included package. Then the lady at Merlin Travels in Mississauga typed another invoice which had word GST replaced by GXT.

It is for authorities to note that there are companies who scam their customers on the name of GST and retain the money which is manipulated by adding different word GXT.

On top of that Nolitours do not answer anything and support business of Merlin travels. I spoke to my credit card provider, they said they will do nothing on this . It is very clear that in limited Canadian consumer based economy how travellers are ripped off by fine prints.

Moreover I wanted to cancel my tour because of this issue, since nolitours refused to cancel the same and cc company also being part of supporting their business refused to work on it.

I had no choice and reached my destination with my family. After reaching I found that the resort was not worth paying four star charges . I got a dirty room with all broken amenities and a small tv with stinking washroom. We cannot say it is beyond 2 star. Tried to intimate nolitours but they did nothing.
what they need is your money and rest is left to no one.

Watchout you might get scammed by same people for extra few hundred dollars on the name of GST, which is infact not GST and this money goes as extra income for these scam artists. Also you lend up spoiling your vacation
