Buying from DHGate has no guarantee. DHGate only protect and work with their sellers, selling Used/Damaged products as new to rip off customers. This is a scam:

This is my first time deal with DHGate. I bought two faucets from a seller name "rtexport". After more almost 2 months, I received two junk faucets. Faucet bodies with many deeply scratches all round, chrome pilling off, wrong size of compression connectors. These faucets are older than my 15 years old ones. I contacted seller many times for replacement or replacement parts under the warranty, but "rtexport" answer is: "That's it." Seller "rtexport" also said he is not able to provide any replacement parts for repair. I asked seller how can he honor their 12 months warranty? Seller never answer my question. So I contact DHGate Customer Service, and eventually the seller agreed to send me replacement parts but they did not fulfill the agreement. I did not receive the major parts I need. Meanwhile, DHGate already said my deal is completed. All my money has gone forever, leaving me two pieces of Junk that cannot use.

"DHGate" with seller "rtexport" is totally SCAM. Do not buy from DHGate or their seller, especially "rtexport". You will regret.
