Vantage Fidelity Bank reminded me that if I deposit the account activiation charges of Rs. 480 GBP, they will transfer my winning fund (500000 GBP) to my account within 48 hrs. They sent a Bank Opening Form by E-mail and required that I should fill up the form and sent it back to them alongwith some supporting documents. I did accordingly. Later on they informed me that my account has been opened, but it will not be activiate untill I do not deposit the account activiation charges of 480 GBP. They also confirmed me my account number also.

On 20th June, on my request they sent the scan copy of my winning cheque for Rs. 500000 GBP issued by the National Lottery Corporation,Warwickshire, BH75 QL.

Now I want to know how I verify the validity of the said cheque and my bank account number. Please give a guide line.
