BEEN A CUSTOMER OF DIRECT TV FOR ALMOST SIX YEARS; GOT TIVO FOUR YEARS AGO; IT ALWAYS GETS STUCK AND THEY NEVE4 WANT TO REPLACE THEY TELL MEE I WOULD HAVE TO GET ANOTHER ONE AND AY FOR THAT ONE...
