It seems the idiots at GlobalTranz (Andrew Leto and Mike Leto) released a "new" system that is the worst representation of a rate engine available.

They launched officially Monday March 1st and are removing it March 2nd. Complete failure!!!

GREAT JOB LOSERS! YOU CANNOT EVEN LAUNCH A PRODUCT CORRECTLY.

I SUGGEST THAT ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH GLOBALTRANZ YOU FIND ANOTHER VENDOR, THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND NOT ONLY CAN THEY NOT DO A SYSTEM UPDATE, THEY STEAL AND CEHAT THEIR AGENTS.

These losers have sent out a letter to agents for their new system, not even 30 minutes later, we get an updated one. Cannot even get a date correct!!!! They must be busy stealing and scamming us!!!!

Every time I send in a quote request for TL or international, it dates D A Y S to get a rate back with nothing but excuses that it is not their fault.

GlobalTranz is overcharging on 100% of the invoices I got from them. I ran the fuel surcharges and found that they are over by 4% on average. Since I am an agent, they are stealing from me.

We apologize for the lack of communication with all of you yesterday as our new site was unveiled. We did have a few hiccups along the way as you noticed and have pushed back our launch date to March 15th to work out the kinks. We need you to change the code snippet in your websites back to the previous snippet. I will be sending them to you this morning so you can make the change back. Please keep the new snippet handy as we go live in two weeks you will need the new link.

Also I am attaching the old PLC link for each of your computers. You can keep the GlobalNet link on your computer just make sure you log into the PLC link for the next 2 weeks. Please let me know if you have any questions and again we apologize for the confusion.

March 15 ???????? That is way too soon. Give it a month or 2. We just recovered from the March 1st mess.

Enrollment for Vegas must not be good. You offer an incentive of no software fee for 1 month if agents register this week. How is this for an incentive-NO software fee at all. How about taking away the advanced risk and CSR fees so your agents can afford to make the trip to Vegas. More people might register if GTZ wasn't sucking them of all their money. What justifies you charging each agent $300 each month?

I'll keep this short.....FEES are killing agents. For what you make in software fees each month ($300.00 X 90 agents) = $27,000/mon. I think $27,000 mon is enough for you to pay roundtrip airfare/hotel for ALL agents. You want us there, but truth be told, not everyone can afford it.

NBEA016 - you are 100% accurate. That $300.00 software fee equates to $324,000 yr. That's what they need to pay the executive's salaries. THis business is all about them - not agents. There are other 3PLs that don't charge the damn fees that GTZ charges.
