Ive been working for this company for a year now and its quite nice. The reason why you were terminated was due to the fact you were very unprofessional and did a horrible job at writing which caused us returns and put more pressure on our shoulders as writers. You do actually get paid and Jordan Kavoosi is an honest person and very fair. I'm happy!

Hi my name is David N. I am Jordan's friend and I have known him for 5 years. Jordan is a great guy and he pays all of his writers. His business is doing very well because of his great customer service. I know exactly what happened with this case. This woman is harassing (libel in my opinion, and a suit is possible) him because she took 3-4 extra days to write that paper she was given as a job. When you have a business that promises original documents on a tight deadline sometimes 24 hours you cannot take your time as a writer. You get a deadline and if you dont meet it then you did not perform your end of the contract. Her student she was responsible for writing the paper ended up getting a big fat ZERO because of her. They rightfully demanded and got a refund and this woman has the nerve to ask for extra money because she took extra long to complete her paper? This woman is a psycho. My uncle is a business lawyer and he thinks that its very possible to sue this individual for loss of income, which if calculated right could be 10's of thousands of dollars.

Jordan is a hard working, inspirational individual who has pulled himself up by his own bootstraps and made his own company. I have a lot of respect for him. If you email his writers they have never had a problem getting paid that's why he has tons of educated writers that will literally fight for a job because they trust his company as a medium to reach customers. Pay for essay, essay writing company are both excellant companies and I have personally used them when I have been in a pinch with school and I have gotten an A every single time.

We have tried calling this woman to try and resolve this issue without bringing the law in the middle but she refuses to talk. Do no believe her libelous claims. One day she will be sued for this illegal activity and she will not be able to afford an internet connection to continue doing so.

RECAP. After knowing Jordan Kavoosi for 5 years I can honestly say he is the most trustworthy person I have ever met, not to mention he has the best work ethic I have ever met too. Absolutely all of these conversations on this message board are libelous and fabricated. This woman was writer that worked for Jordan and his companies until she got several students F's because she could not produce the material on time. She then proceed to ask for more money and ended up getting fired. I would have fired her too. What a terrible employee. I am a supervisor at a major U.S. logistics company and if I had an employee as rediculous as her I would have fired her on the spot. Jordan has been more than nice for not suing her by now which my uncle said he would be more than eager to take this to court and sue for internet libel which he has successfully done many times.

IF Jordan has a legal CLAIM against anyone for anything then he should address that issue instead of letting go unresolved and try to mislead others to enter a silly argument about poorly written or late paper. Jordan enters a contract with the student to deliver an essay paper- NOT THE WRITER!

The writer is NOT a PARTY to that CONTRACT and does not share in the fee structure or payment or discount or charge backs- or anything else to do with the performance contract between the student and Jordan. . Then Jordan selects which writer to "ASSIGN" the paper to be written.

The writers have nothing to do with his company, or cash flow and accounts payable. They are contracted to write papers. There are NO condiitons about if Jordan lies about charge backs, or discounts given to students--- THAT'S JORDANS BUSINESS ! Jordan plays each writer after "feeling" out the personality to determine if he can convince them of his lie and to determine which writer OR customer is most likely to complain for very long and then just leave and forget about him. That in fact is what he would prefer - it is more profitable for him?

When the writer gets paid ONLY a partial amount - always late then Jordan discloses that he decided "oh I had to discount that paper so I am only paying you hald--of course this is AFTER that paper has been written and delivered---- HIGHLY unethical! and illegal! for how much he can convince them of his scam.

You know, it does sound like you have a personal beef with Jordan, and it may be justified, but that is no reason to bring other writers into it. I have never written any reply for Jordan based on the present issues. He does sometimes ask me to write articles and of course I write essays and give tutorials, but you should not use my name in your rant unless you can justify its use.

I take offence at being linked with any fraud that Jordan may or may not have been a part of. If you had any balls you would put your name to the poorly written tirade I have just struggled and guffawed through.

Jordan is fair. Maybe I have this attitude because I can write in plain, grammatically correct English (which from your post I see that you cannot) and have written for Jordan for over a year.

Whether you believe it or not Deb did write poorly (I attempted to edit some of her pieces) and was let go because she was too slow. She actually initiated the action because she realized that she would not be able to maintain the pace required.
