I have now experienced for the second time in less than a year, where Conexis has claimed not to have received my monthly patyment. The 1st time I managed to catch it before the end of the grace period and send them a 2nd payment. This time I had no warning, Conexis simply terminated my coverage claiming they never received my payment.
Nevermind that I use Wells Fargo Bill pay and Wells Fargo has proof that they sent out the payment on the 11th of the month, the same day I send it out every month and every month the check is cashed by the 20-21st of the month.
Now Conexis is telling me that they can't reinstate me because it is still my fault that they didn't receive my payment.

Nevermind that I have absolutely no control over the USPS and whether they deliver mail. And nevermind that I have absolutely no control ovber whether someone at Conexis is simply shredding payments, which is what I'm starting to believe is something that they do.
I wonder, do they have a quota of how many people they have to terminate each month and I just happened to fall into their quota for this month????
Katie Couric really needs to do an investigation into the possible illegal actions by Conexis on the American people! They need to be exposed for the scam artists they are!
