Angry Conexis must be losing payments from Bill Pay

I have now experienced for the second time in less than a year, where Conexis has claimed not to have received my monthly patyment. The 1st time I managed to catch it before the end of the grace period and send them a 2nd payment. This time I had no warning, Conexis simply terminated my coverage claiming they never received my payment.

Nevermind that I use Wells Fargo Bill pay and Wells Fargo has proof that they sent out the payment on the 11th of the month, the same day I send it out every month and every month the check is cashed by the 20-21st of the month.

Now Conexis is telling me that they can't reinstate me because it is still my fault that they didn't receive my payment. Nevermind that I have absolutely no control over the USPS and whether they deliver mail. And nevermind that I have absolutely no control ovber whether someone at Conexis is simply shredding payments, which is what I'm starting to believe is something that they do.

I wonder, do they have a quota of how many people they have to terminate each month and I just happened to fall into their quota for this month????

Katie Couric really needs to do an investigation into the possible illegal actions by Conexis on the American people! They need to be exposed for the scam artists they are!

You're actually very lucky!

Send CONEXIS an appeal requesting that your coverage be reinstated along with the proof from your bank stating that the payment was sent before the grace period end date. As long as you provide them that proof, they will reinstate you.

You can also call them and request a supervisor. Ask the supervisor if you can submit this directly to them via email or fax and have them forward the information and request for immediate reinstatement to the account manager. This should expidite the situation.
