I have a complaint with CLC Landscape Design which involves a copyright violation. They took an image which belonged to me and loaded it on their web site. When I contacted Rich and informed him of the violation, he was initially contrite. When I requested a very modest compensation, he balked. My attorney has been informed. I cannot attest to their competence of landscape work, but I can say that any company that takes the images of another and then refuses to compensate them is not anyone I would want to hire for my landscape projects.
