Hey Alice/Christine/Cynthia(or whatever new account you signup for this), I believe this is a scam and I am not sure why you post reply here but not post directly to the review board (complainsboard.com).
I believe it's a scam because me myself and a number of people I know experienced these:
- terms for signing up for a full year membership after 14days trial was well hidden in the fine print;
- when I called before 14 days trial for refund the lady who answered the phone said they have right to change any of the pre-agreement(which essentially means they could shorten the trial period to immedicate activate the full membership);
- the lady also refuse to refund any of the money no matter any way I ask, customer service is certainly not top one priority there, charing customer for what they haven't signup for is;
- for my case, my trial don't even arrive until more than a month later, which literally make me no time to test the trial (as trial period is well expired after I received the product);
But since you sounds reasonable and if you really believe customer service is your top one priority, could you give us your direct phone contact so we could contact you to expedite the refund process?
